Minimum Prerequisites

Applications will be accepted any time between September and the March deadline. For exact due date in March, please refer to the application. All prerequisites must be completed and transcripts attached to the application at the time of submittal.

  • High School graduation or a valid G.E.D.
  • Minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • MATH 105 or equivalent with a grade of “C” or better.
  • CHEM 25 or 30A or any equivalent chemistry that includes a laboratory with a grade of “C” or better.
  • AHS 200 or a medical terminology course of at least 3 quarter/2 semester units  with a grade of “C” or better.
  • R T 200L or equivalent with a grade of “C” or better.
  • One of the following: ENGL 1A, 1AH, 1S & 1T, ESLL 26 or equivalent with a grade of “C” or better.
  • BIOL 40A, 40B and 40C or a semester each of Anatomy and Physiology with a grade of “C” or better and a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by one of the following agencies:
